As an experienced IT professional, I am committed to educating and empowering others about the world of technology. My career has been shaped by a passion for self-learning and hands-on experience in the IT industry. I have worked in Managed Service Providers (MSPs) of various sizes, from small businesses to large organizations, and have even served as a dedicated on-site engineer.
Currently, I work as an IT consultant, where I advise clients on industry best practices, helping them optimize their IT strategies and implement cost-effective solutions that provide maximum value.

Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
Overview: These are systems used to manage and organize users, computers, and security in an organization. Active Directory is used for on-premises networks, while Azure Active Directory is for cloud environments.
Real-World Use: In companies, these tools help ensure that employees have the correct access to files, applications, and other resources, based on their role. For instance, I manage who has access to company databases, who can log into the network, and ensure that the company’s data stays secure.
O365 Administration
Overview: Office 365 is a suite of productivity tools like Word, Excel, and Teams that many businesses use to operate smoothly. O365 administration involves managing accounts, security settings, and user permissions within this platform.
Real-World Use: I help organizations set up and manage their O365 environment, ensuring employees can access necessary tools while maintaining security and organization-wide communication.
Google Workspace Administration
Overview: Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) is another popular suite of tools for businesses, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
Real-World Use: As a Google SuperAdmin, I set up company-wide email accounts, manage user permissions, and ensure that data remains secure across the company’s Google services.
Cloud Computing (AWS, Terraform, GitHub)
Overview: AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a cloud computing platform that provides services like virtual servers and storage. Terraform is a tool for managing cloud infrastructure, and GitHub is a platform for code collaboration.
Real-World Use: For businesses, I use AWS to host websites or applications in the cloud, ensuring they’re scalable and cost-efficient. Terraform allows me to automate the setup of cloud environments, making the process faster and more reliable. GitHub is used to collaborate with teams on software development projects.
Cybersecurity & Network Security
Overview: Cybersecurity involves protecting systems, networks, and data from attacks or unauthorized access. Network security focuses on protecting a company’s internal networks from threats.
Real-World Use: I implement firewalls, encryption, and other security measures to protect sensitive data from cyberattacks. For instance, I help companies secure their networks to prevent hackers from accessing internal systems, safeguarding customer data and business operations.
Programming (C#, Python, HTML)
Overview: C# and Python are programming languages used for developing software and automating tasks. HTML is used for website development.
Real-World Use: I write software applications that automate repetitive tasks, such as managing inventories or processing customer data. For example, I’ve created a Python script to automate the backup of important files, saving time and reducing errors.
Data Storage & Secure Data Organization
Overview: This involves organizing and storing data in a way that’s efficient, secure, and accessible.
Real-World Use: I work with businesses to ensure that their data is stored in a secure, easy-to-navigate system. Whether it's cloud storage or on-premises solutions, I help organizations keep their files safe and ensure that only authorized personnel have access to them.
